You can choose to pay either with your credit card or via a PayPal account. All prices are stated in Euro and include 5% Danish Art VAT.

The purchase is carefully packed in cardboard envelopes to ensure that products will arrive in perfect condition. However, if the content is damaged upon receipt, please report this at the latest 2 days after receipt to email@example.com.
Returns & exchanges
Prints bought from agnetekjaer.com are fully returnable within 14 days of receipt. The items must be returned in the same condition as they were upon receipt, and in the same original packaging. Returns and exchanges happen at your own risk and expense, and are to be handled by you. If you wish to return your order, you must write to firstname.lastname@example.org before sending back the print, and directions will be provided to you on how to return. Please note that expenses for the return shipment are paid by you.
When you return the prints, use the original packaging, and send it as a letter or a parcel with a Track & Trace number as this guarantees that the prints will arrive at their destination. Agnetekjaer.com and Agnete Kjær cannot be held liable for returns arriving at their destination.
When Agnete Kjær has received the print, and if it is in undamaged and good condition, you will receive a credit for the amount paid within 14 days. The amount will be credited to the card used for payment. Please remember to keep your post office receipt as a proof that the goods have been sent.
Customs duty and tax
If you order from a country which is a member of the EU, you pay Danish VAT but no customs duty in accordance with the rules of free movement of goods. However, if you order from a country outside the EU local taxes and duties may be added, for which we cannot be held responsible, but on the other hand the Danish VAT is deducted. If this is the case the carrier will contact you. Please note that this could involve some delay of the consignment, as the goods are retained by the customs. From this point it is your responsibility to contact the carrier and pay for any additional costs.
It cannot be guaranteed that the colours on the website are fully equivalent to the prints' actual colours. This depends in part on the colour settings of your computer and monitor.
